What is ManyChat Inbox Pro?

Inbox Pro is a new solution that will help businesses create a seamless shopping experience for their customers from the first chat through checkout. Inbox helps sales and support teams efficiently manage various customer communications in one central view, to allow them to respond quickly and close more sales.

The main features of Inbox Pro are:

  • Agent Analytics

  • Product Catalog

  • Simple Automation tools

Please note: Inbox Pro is a separate solution from our current Pro offering for Marketing Automations. 

How does Inbox Pro affect the current Pro plan?

The current ManyChat Pro plan (which we now refer to as ‘Marketing Automations Pro’), is the same no-code platform to build powerful chat marketing automations to attract, qualify, and nurture leads. Our team is committed to making sure that Marketing Automations Pro continues to grow and deliver features to support customers as we have been through the years.

There is one change for new customers buying Marketing Automations Pro: new accounts are allowed one Paid User with full access to Live Chat and Inbox features. If customers want to add additional Paid User seats, they will need to add Inbox Pro to their account.

There are no changes to the pricing structure for ManyChat Marketing Automations Pro. 

Will I have to pay for Inbox Pro?

As an Agency Partner, any existing clients on our current Free and Pro plans will be grandfathered into the current Pro product. This means that there are no feature or pricing changes for your account at this time. 

You will have free access to all new Inbox Pro features while we test this out with new customers and encourage you to take advantage during this time. We will notify you with details on how your account will be impacted when we’re nearing the end of the testing period for Inbox. 

Please note: For new client accounts that need to be created, you will need to create the account for your client and invite them to the account to ensure that it is not charged for Inbox Pro. Accounts that are created by the client will have to pay for Inbox as a new customer if they choose to try those features out.
