What is ManyChat Inbox Pro?
Inbox Pro is a new solution that will help businesses create a seamless shopping experience for their customers from the first chat through checkout. Inbox helps sales and support teams efficiently manage various customer communications in one central view, to allow them to respond quickly and close more sales.

How does this affect the current ManyChat Pro plan?
The current ManyChat Pro plan (which we now refer to as ‘Marketing Automations Pro’), is the same no-code platform to build powerful chat marketing automations to attract, qualify, and nurture leads. Our team is committed to making sure that Marketing Automations Pro continues to grow and deliver features to support customers as we have been through the years.
There is one change to the features offered to new customers in Marketing Automation Pro. There will only be one Paid User (users with full Live Chat and Inbox feature access) included in Marketing Automations Pro for new accounts. Inbox Pro will need to be enabled in order to add additional Paid User seats to the account.
There are no changes to the pricing structure for ManyChat Marketing Automations Pro.
What happens when I upgrade to Pro?There will be no changes to the Free plan you are currently using. You may choose to stay on the Free plan and continue enjoying the basic ManyChat features that we offer on the plan.
Once you upgrade your Free to a Pro plan, you will see two Pro options - Marketing Automations Pro and Inbox Pro. Both are priced separately and you will need to enable both Pro plans if you would like full access to what each Pro plan has to offer.
