Subscriber Reports are not delivered - what to check?

First of all, make sure that you have not chosen the 'Never' option under Settings-> Notifications-> Subscriber Reports. Obviously, the choice should be either 'Daily', 'Weekly' or 'Monthly' if you want to receive reports.

If everything seems correct, make sure that you're checking the right e-mail inbox. It should be the same as the one mentioned in 'My e-mail for notifications' in the screenshot above. 

If that's the case, check your Spam folder - the reports may be getting there by unfortunate accident. 

Finally, if you've checked everything, but the issue is still unresolved, reach out to our support for help!
