ManyChat Statistics

ManyChat has a great amount of information about your subscribers, your tools and their connection between each other. For example, you can always track how many users got specific messages, or how many users clicked certain buttons in your Flows.

This article is dedicated to our instruments for tracking that information — every section shows different numbers with different meaning, and we want to help you understand these numbers so you can know ManyChat like the back of your hand.

Use our section directory to quickly navigate through the page!

Dashboard tab

Dashboard tab will show you basic information about your active subscribers and the audience's growth. You can analyze stats here with 3 different graphs:
1. Active Subscribers
2. Net Subscribers
3. Subscribers & Unsubscribers

'Active Subscribers' graph shows how many Subscribers you have right now (big blue numbers on the screenshot above); Subscribes, Unsubscribes and Net Subscribers numbers for the chosen period are under the graph.

You can choose any time period you want, and the numbers below the graph will change accordingly. NOTE: When selecting Today, you will see stats for the past 24 hours. These stats may differ when you check them a day after, because of that.
'Net Subscribers' graph shows you numbers that represent Subscribes minus Unsubscribes for each day. You also can play with time periods here.

'Subscribers & Unsubscribers' shows you day by day statistics for users who subscribed and unsubscribed from your bot (see what I did there?). This view helps you analyze why you have ups and downs, which dates those ups and downs correlate to, and give you some insight into how you can get more subscribers!

Remember, that sometimes Facebook bans fake/suspicious profiles in huge numbers and you can see inexplicable Unsubscribe numbers. Don’t be scared, Facebook is just working hard to make their platform a better place to be with their giant ban hammer!

LiveChat

DashboardAudienceLiveChat | Growth ToolsBroadcastsAutomationFlowsSettings

There is not much statistical information in the LiveChat section: here you can see the user's profile like in the Audience tab and the time when subscribers interacted with your page. NOTE: "interaction" is the live message to your page through direct messages. Opt-ins from different Growth Tools and bot messages will not count.

For now, JSON stats can't be tracked by ManyChat, unfortunately. You can see a disclaimer about it under "?" sign in the 'Clicked' section of JSON statistics. It says: "Due to platform limitations we cannot definitely track Growth Tool impressions and opt-in message stats. The first time we can track a user is when he/she clicks a button in your Opt-In Message".

'Conversion' rate is the percentage of users who'd opted-in after completing “Impression” action.

Flows

DashboardAudienceLiveChat | Growth ToolsBroadcastsAutomationFlowsSettings

There are individual stats for every message block in every Flow:

Sent — how many times the Flow was sent to the users.

Delivered — how many users opened the Messenger but didn’t read the Flow.

Opened — how many users opened the Flow message in the Messenger.

Clicked — how many users clicked on the button in the message.

Important note: the message can be sent to 3 users, but 1 of them will click on 2 different buttons and 1 won’t click at all. That’s what you will see: 66.7%(2 users) clicked on the buttons. There were 3 clicks from 2 users. 1 click (33%) on “+1” and 2 clicks (67%) on “+5”.
