Here you can find answers for all frequently asked questions regarding our Billing and ManyChat Pro subscription. 

What is the difference between Free and Pro subscription plans? 

You are getting access to new Widgets, unlimited Automated Sequences, customizable Growth Widgets, unlimited Tags, Custom Fields and more. Also, don't forget about SMS and Email features :) 

How much does ManyChat cost?

We have a Free plan that has all the necessary features to get started and a Pro plan for advanced bot marketers. The Pro plan starts at $10 / month for 500 active subscribers and scales as you grow your audience.

Do you have a Free Trial Period? 

At the moment, we don't have a Trial Period. But the good news is, according to our Refund Policy, if you cancel your subscription within the first month of using ManyChat Pro, you can request a refund of your payment.

How can I upgrade to Pro?

To Upgrade to Pro, please go to your ManyChat Settings --> Billing and hit the "Upgrade to Pro" button. 

How can I change my billing information?

To change your billing information, please go to your ManyChat Settings --> Billing and hit the "Update Billing Credentials" button.

How to add company info to invoice?

If you have any information that you want to add to your invoice such as: company name, address, phone number, etc., you can do so in the Billing tab. Head to the Settings -> Billing and find the Invoice Data section. Hit the Edit Invoice Details button and fill in all needed information.

How my Invoice is calculated? 

Your billing tier is calculated based on the number of subscribers you have in your bot. But as this number is changing, your pricing is changing as well. The total price includes: 

- Price for the time you spent on each plan;

- Compensation for the unused time;

- Full price for the actual Pro plan for the next month.

Can I have Pro features on several bots with one Pro subscription? 

No, Pro subscription should be purchased for every bot separately. Since the price for Pro subscription is calculated based on the number of subscribers on the bot, you can't have several accounts connected to one Pro subscription.

Can I transfer a Pro subscription from one bot to another?

Yes, we can do it, but only once per subscription. If you ever need to switch your Pro subscription from one page to another, certain requirements should be met in order to make the switch possible.

How can I cancel my subscription? 

To cancel your ManyChat subscription, please proceed to ManyChat Settings --> Billing and hit the "Cancel Subscription" button. Make sure to follow all the steps required. The more detailed instruction you can find here - How to cancel Pro subscription?

Why do I see 'Pending Cancellation' after I canceled my subscription? 

'Pending cancellation' means that subscription has already been canceled and you won't be charged for it again. At the same time, you still have the Pro features active until the end of the billing period, since you paid for it. When the billing cycle ends, the subscription status will change to 'Free'. 

What will happen to my subscribers and flow is I cancel Pro subscription?

Don't worry - no data or subscribers will be lost if you cancel your Pro subscription. All the content inside the bot will remain intact. The only difference would be that after canceling the paid subscription, your bot's Pro features will stop working. 

You can renew your Pro subscription at any time and the Pro features will start working again.

How can I renew my subscription?

To renew your Pro subscription, please go to your ManyChat Settings --> Billing and hit the "Renew Subscription" button.

Can I pay annually?

For now payments for ManyChat Pro plan are collected monthly. Unfortunately there's no option to pay annually as your Subscriber tier can be changed during a month, and there's no way to calculate the annual sum beforehand.
