If you have installed a widget on your site and it's not showing up or it doesn't work properly, first of all make sure that you followed all the steps as described in these articles about Embeddable Widgets and Overlay Widgets.
In case the widget is installed properly but it's still not working on your site, be sure to use our troubleshooting tool by clicking this button in your widget setup:
This awesome tool will show you if there's something that's blocking your widget from functioning properly and how to solve it. It will also notify you if the widget is installed properly on the site. For more details on the Widget Check feature, please check out this article in our blog.
Just click Activate & Check button and follow further instructions.
